「We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
