2 Nächte Anfang Januar um Santa Cruz zu erkunden. Ich möchte ausdrücklich die netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption loben. Leider ist das ehemalige Silken Hotel im Business Distrikt der Inselhauptstadt abgewirtschaftet. - Betten durchgelegen (3 Etage) und fleckige Bettewäsche. - Beim Betreten waren die Papierkörbe nicht geleert. - zum Wasserkocher, es gab nur Koffeinfreien Instantkaffee - Völlig absurd, im Zimmer befand sich eine gefüllte Minibar, deren Ungekühltes Trockenabteil mit einer Glasscheibe beleuchtet versehen war und beim TV schauen störte. Am Abreisetag wirde ein Kitkat berechnet welches wir nie hatten. Die Rezeption cancelte anstandslos. - Im 6 Stock befindet sich eine veraltete Gym nebst Liegen auf der Dachterasse sowie eine Trockensauna und 2 Whirlpools. Der Wasserqualität der Jacouzie trauten wir nicht. Warum die Sauna den ganzen Tag unbenutzt läuft erschliesst dich nicht. - Das Eurostars würde ich nur im Notfall für eine Zwischenübernachtung nochmals buchen. -

We stay at Atlántida very often but this time wasn’t that good. We didn’t have soap in the shower which was an issue because before the hotel used to have sponges, toothbrush, combs etc this nothing was available in our room.

He sido cliente de tiempo pero esta última vez tuve una mala experiencia el día del chek out se me cayeron mis AirPods y resulta que mi marido cogió la caja u al ver que estaba cerrada pensó Que los ariculares estaban dentro y ciando Iba camino Al barco vi que no estaban y llame Al hotel y me siguen marcando allí Y me dicen que allí no está y sé que la ubicación es exacta porque una ves me robaron del coche y localicé los ladrones oor los auriculares y no me costaron dos erizos me costaron395€
