「Dirty rooms, bed sheets had stains, had to get transferred to three different rooms. Have all pics. Staff didn’t even apologize and was rude. Water in show had poor pressure. Location was nice and the beach area」
「This is one of our favorite places to stay in Key Largo! We always enjoy coming back. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a place we love and keep coming back to!」
