「Im surprised when i got there, the whole place smeels like sewer. My husband was showering and the water turn off. The food wasn't great, I got a stomach bug. In the room everything looks old, not sure if it's racoon or what type of animal but our friends left there balcony door open and it came in empty out a makeup and left. I feel its a big resort, ample space and they can do alot better, especialy start by renovating, go and taste all the chefs food, make changes, improve, improve, improve...

「Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.」

「We had a great time at VR Tulum. The staff and food was great. We also got to see Turtles lay eggs 2 of the nights that we were there right on the beach outside of our door. My family and I had a great time!」
