「I had an amazing stay at TAGO Tulum. The room was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. I loved the his-and-her sinks and shower setup, plus the separate toilet room for extra privacy. The plunge pool was also very spacious, and the staff cleaned it quickly anytime I requested without a long wait. The food was fresh and good every time, and room service was surprisingly fast. The hotel itself is stunning and gives such a peaceful luxury vibe. I went during heavy seaweed season, but...

「We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...
