Everything was perfect except for when you left the facility. The surroundings were awful; nasty, and people openly doing drugs. Public transportation was limited and walking was not an option due to the homeless. Too bad because the hotel is so nice."

"The gal working the front desk in the evening was extremely nice and helpful. Every other hotel was booked up but they took care of us after a bunch of flight delays. She made us a to go breakfast so we could leave early. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for the night. "
