People were very friendly and although understaffed on this particular day, they took care of me promptly with an upgrade. Room was spacious and clean.

Our room had furniture that should not have been in the room and we wish it was in better shape overall. The chair at the desk area had ripped and worn leather. The chair next to the window had hanging cloth underneath that could be seen. The skirt for the bed was hanging down and looked shabby. The toilets need to be ADA height - or at least have a bar next to the toilet to assist with getting up from such a low level. A positive was that the personnel were friendly and professional and very helpful - and we wish the room was just in better shape.
