"I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

"PROS: The owner/manager was VERY responsive when I reached out. The unit was beautifully appointed. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker & coffee pods! Fabulous webpage with helpful tips. Well provisioned kitchen. Gorgeous neighborhood. CONS: I thought I was booking a garden level space, but it turned out as 4 flight of stairs. Building light on soundproofing, but fellow renters were quite at night."

Very steep streets for those who like to take a walk. The unit is located in an old growth forest with lots of vegetation"
