This place is no longer open. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone after arriving and finding it closed. Ruined our whole night downtime and went in circles with Expedia customer support for hours.

Des Moines is what I would consider a “drive by” town. Not much to see and do other than your typical shopping and eating establishments.
may not easy to find this motel at first visit from the north (SEATAC AP) .
I definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here whenever they are visiting Seattle. It’s also close to the Airport.
