The hotel was within walking distance to anything you wanted or needed. The staff was very helpful with setting up shuttles from airport and to port.

I really like this property. Everything was pristine and high quality. I would stay here again if given the opportunity. The free car service was super helpful for dropping us and our luggage at the nearest metro station. The gym equipment was brilliant too.
One area of comment - we checked in when the adjoining bar DJ was playing very loud music. It felt like I was checking into a nightclub! I couldn't hear the receptionist very well which was a bit of a negative experience.

The location was great for the Clipper, and was an easy 40 minute walk to the ball park. Staff were helpful, hotel was clean, food was good. Not a lot of road noise, the train went by regularly but it wasnt bothersome. A cool iconic hotel.

We signed up ahead of time they told us $10 a person , we waited patiently and 15 minutes after our scheduled time they still hadn't communicated that they were running late , we decided to get an uber instead which showed up in seconds . The hotel was an incredible value and within walking distance of amazing restaurants and sightseein. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding my phone charger, calling for a car that was cheaper to get to airport, offering to store bags, kind and attentive, professional.
