「What a lovely hotel. I love the location, a short walk to high street, a Pilates studio I enjoyed, to public transportation. I found the room to be clean and a nice size. Loved that it has air conditioning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The feel of the space is elevated and serene. Would absolutely return to stay again.」

「Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way」

「Wir haben das Hotel für einen 5tägigen LondonTrip gebucht (2 E+4 K (14-17)). Die eigentlich gebuchten Zimmer standen bei Ankunft nicht zur Verfügung, es wurde jedoch eine Alternative gefunden (allerdings ärgerlich wenn man dafür (Urlaubs)Zeit opfern muss). Zimmer 1-12 liegen in einem Gang der dauerhaft nach Gras duftet (muss ja nicht das schlechteste sein). Grdsl. Sind die Zimmer ok, nur funktionieren mE die Klimaanlagen nicht wirklich, die pusten einfach nur etwas Luft durch den Raum. Die Kids...

「The first room we were assigned had many fruit flies, so we requested another room. The staff member was super friendly and apologetic and reassigned us a new room right away. The room was clean. We stayed two nights.」
