「Very nice hotel. Good location, good service.」

「This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!」

「Wifi connection is slow, and often break line, not happy experience!」

「The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. 」

「Anna was fantastic at check-in and ordering a one, kudos!! Food was excellent.」
