Terrific staff. Great breakfast. Short walk to Kew Gardens and direct bus line to Richmond Park and Richmond central, where you can take train to central London in 20 minutes. Restaurant serves excellent meals and the pub is outstanding.

Lovely little hotel with good bus line to nearby Richmond. The booking was a bit misleading as it says Richmond but is actually in Kew across from the lovely Kew Gardens. Richmond is a 10 minute bus drive away. Very nice service, cozy environment. I like Young’s Hotels because they feel like part of the neighborhood.

Perfect location for Kew Gardens. Secure free parking. Excellent breakfast menu. A perfect twin bed room with everything you need, all clean & comfortable.The staff were absolutely fantastic so welcoming and helpful. Friendly Comfortable Hotel and Bar

Excellent stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, special shout out to Alina at reception. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Bar very cosy and food great. We’ll definitely be back and recommend to others.

The pub area is a bit tired but the hotel rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was included in the rate. All linen and towels were excellent quality
