"The Ibis budget Heathrow central is nothing like it used to be when we last used it probably 2 years ago. It has deteriorated very badly & not enough is being spent on maintaining its facilities. Room is very basic. And not very clean. Only one chair in double room. No tea or coffee supplied (you now have to pay for both) The kettle supplied looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. No where to put your suitcases, other than on the floor or on bed. Staff not very helpful, unless you wanted to pay for extras. In the the end I demanded a refund & left, went to another hotel."

"We were early to the hotel and weren’t made aware of the secure room where we could store our luggage before check in. Rather, we paid $120 Canadian to check in early. After we paid, we then found out about the room. We were very disappointed to find this out as it wasn’t presented as an option upon arrival. "

"Bteakfast was very good, plus the gym accessibility was also great, especially given the size of the facility. "

"We did not eat breakfast, but we had nacho's and onion rings from the restaurant the night before we checked out. The food was very good. We were thankful for the shuttle that picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport. It was exactly on time. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and would use them again if we were in London. "

"Staff were absolutely lovely, a big shout out the the guy that was on the desk all of our stay, he was great and very helpful. We were swapped rooms as there was an issue with one of the beds upon arrival which staff understood and accommodated. The room had everything we needed for a few nights, our coffee and tea was topped up and our bin emptied. Great location if you do not wish to be in central London and venture everywhere, transport is easily accessible too. We only had breakfast on our first morning as we thought it was full English breakfast but realised after arriving that it is an Italian breakfast which did not cater to the kids taste but that was our mistake and should have looked into it more as the photos of the full breakfast were old photos from a cafe that used to cater the breakfasts."
