「It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London. The staff are all lovely and really helpful. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you 」

「Nice stay in this service apartment for 4nights. Easy access. The apartment is spacious and there is coffee machine provided. There are some utensils where you can cook your meal but no salt pepper or oil provided. Washing machine and free parking is a bonus. The service is within walking distance to train stations, there are buses around where you can easily get to London central. Tesco is not far away, just some minutes walk. Overall I think it is a nice place to stay.」

Bon accueil, les membres du staff du restaurant ont été très bien, accueillants et chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive à 21h15. Chambre confortable et silencieuse malgré la proximité de la route. 4 étoiles a cause du parking cher (15 £)」

「Very good hotel」

「We stayed at The Victoria for 2 nights as we were going to the rugby World Cup final at Twickenham. We parked at the rear of the hotel before checking in, which was quick and straightforward. The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant the first night. The food was delicious and the servings were generous and the staff were attentive. We had a cooked breakfast Saturday and the continental Sunday. Both were tasty. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend...

「The overall experience is good, the hotel is clean and nice. The toilet and washroom is a bit small. Breakfast is very good.」
