「We booked a suite room with a Jacuzzi. When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving assistance. For people who are allergic like myself t pets the ordering process should make sure someone allergic to pets does ot get put on a Pet friendlly floor or a room used with pets. I had to take medication cause I was itchy from animal hair or something and there are more people who have worse reactions than I do.」
