the rooms were exceptionally clean, beds were big and comfy, spacious fridge, microwave , lots of dishwater and such to cook and eat. Highly recommend staying here as an alternative to the marriot

Clean hotel and staff was helpful although you have check-in at the neighboring hotel. But they were extremely helpful. There was a male daytime manager who followed us around twice which was kind of odd.

its a new construction but so much lint dust from bed sheets and pillows. My son and wife had trouble sleeping. There is no staff in the building but apprantly the Fairfield hotel next door takes care of check in. The staffs were very accommodating and were empathetic about the situation. They wanted to help but the manager who could only have helped the situation didnt show up in time (waited from 6 30 am to 9 30 am). they ended up change the sheets and vacuum the room but we had to runt to Target to buy mattress cover and lint roller

The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

The first thing to know is that this is not a staffed hotel. The neighboring hotel provides key cards, and the doors remain locked to everyone but guests, but there is no staff on site. This was not clear to me when I reserved as it was described as a regular hotel. I would not have chosen to stay in a facility in an unfamiliar town that did not have staff on site. In summary, the room was large and very clean, but everything else about the "hotel" was terrible. My TV wasn't working, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, which is a huge safety violation. I tried to report this but the phone was broken. When I used my cell to call the number provided no one answered. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything in neighboring rooms, the toilet, walking, conversations. Other guests were talking very loudly in the hall until midnight. Around 3 AM someone starting yelling/moaning outside my window. Again, no one answered the phone so no help from hotel staff was provided. Eventually the police came and escorted him away.

I liked they style of the space. If I was staying longer and with my family, it would have been perfect. The kitchenette was cute and looked like it had even basic thing I would have needed. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I think i found confusing was, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. I take hot showers and it steamed up pretty good. Other than that, it was a nice quiet stay. When I called for something that I ran out of, they came up quickly to bring it. I would definitely stay again.

There is no dishwashing detergent, no frying pan in no way of getting any of these at the last minute. The accommodations were clean and the parking was adequate. There was no employees on site for my stay so I had no interaction with any staff

We were missing items in our room like dish soap and tissues. Very small lobby, felt awful for the 1 guy at the little desk. While we were getting ready in our room, the door knob started shaking and then door opened. I immediate ran to the door and said excuse me. It was a staff member looking to “inspect” the room . However she said she knocked first. We didn’t hear a knock. And her paperwork said the room was empty. And this was after check in time (check in was 4) she was “inspecting” the room at 430. And we checked into this room around 3p She did apologize but I found that very odd
