The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

There is no dishwashing detergent, no frying pan in no way of getting any of these at the last minute. The accommodations were clean and the parking was adequate. There was no employees on site for my stay so I had no interaction with any staff

We were missing items in our room like dish soap and tissues. Very small lobby, felt awful for the 1 guy at the little desk. While we were getting ready in our room, the door knob started shaking and then door opened. I immediate ran to the door and said excuse me. It was a staff member looking to “inspect” the room . However she said she knocked first. We didn’t hear a knock. And her paperwork said the room was empty. And this was after check in time (check in was 4) she was “inspecting” the room at 430. And we checked into this room around 3p She did apologize but I found that very odd

The check-in process was very frustrating. Upon arriving, there was no way to enter the property. There was a phone in the entryway labeled for check-ins that went nowhere. After calling the phone number listed online for the property from my cell phone, we were told to come to the Marriott next door to check-in. There could have easily been signs posted to alleviate this confusion. When I did go next door to check in, I was told my room was not ready despite arriving at the 4:00 check in time. They said the room should be ready in an hour and they would call me when it was. I received no call and returned an hour later to a line out the door. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my room was “no longer available.” Thankfully I was given another room for the night, but this process needs improvement. The property is convenient for attending events at the Xfinity center as it is a very easy walk to the venue. But other than that, I would not recommend.

Once able to check into the room- it was fine. However, check in was at 4, a friend and I were staying before a concert and arrived at 5 to check in and get ready. We were told they didn’t have any rooms ready and likely won’t until after the concert. I understand they can’t control the amount of house keepers they have on staff, however, letting the guests know would have been appreciated. We were also not told you had to go across the street to Marriot to check in- there was no sign or anything- if someone hadn’t been walking out to tell us- we would have stood there a while waiting. Overall- I have never had such a poor check in experience.

Everything was great, place was clean, check in was easy. My only issue was I called down for bedding for the pull out couch and waited 30 mins, Went down to the front desk and re asked for bedding they said they would send it up, again waited 30 mins still no bedding. Finally was going back down to complain and found housekeeping in the hall and then received bedding 10 mins later
