Very charming hotel, I hope it never renovates to go modern. The restaurant is good, and the surrounding area is lovely."

"Lovely upscale hotel. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This hotel is in an Ideal location, within walking distance walking distance of tourist attractions. "Stayed at Citizen M North Station for our anniversary weekend and it was fantastic! The room was sleek, super comfy bed, and those high-tech controls for lights and blinds were so cool. Staff were friendly, check-in was a breeze, and our room had awesome views of Boston. Location's perfect-right by TD Garden and public transit. Couldn't ask for more, five stars all day! We just came back from Ireland, so it was awesome to stay in a European style hotel. Breakfast was great and the lounge and hangout area was super cool and fun. Will definitely stay here again since it’s only 50 miles from home! "
"Close to State station, downtown crossing station, and Park street station. Very conveniently located. Room size is not that big but it’s still way better than other hotels in that area with the same price range. They have a water station with bottles for free, which was very useful for our trip. They also offer their complimentary snacks in the room. Outlet for the hairdryer in our bathroom was broken but we used the one by the desk. I recommend this hotel for those who want Boston sightseeing."
