I had a very good experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and beautiful, exactly what you need to feel comfortable. Everything was well maintained and organized. The front desk service was excellent—very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. Overall, I felt very comfortable during my stay. The room was fantastic, spotless, clean, Great view of the City of Boston. NO REFRIGERATOR in rooms, it was quite other than the City noises. I would Recommend to anyone else, and I do plan on staying there again in the near future!

The staff was great, and the room was in a convenient location. However, we noticed that the air circulation wasn’t very good, and there was a significant amount of condensation on the windows. We also noticed a few stains on the bedsheet before leaving unfortunately we didn’t notice when we got there until we were checking out.

Stayed for one night on their 12th floor, corner room. So very quiet at the end of the hall. Room was clean and comfortable and I loved the bed and pillows! Much needed after a long day. Front desk was kind and helpful, even at 2am when I rolled in and needed help with my key. I enjoyed the added security of the key scan to use the elevators and even the front door after hours. I will most definitely stay again, value, convenience, and service A+.

The gentleman on the night shift was an absolute delight, kind, informative, and funny. Literally 2 minutes from the red line station to make it easily to anywhere in the city. Walking distance to some great local restaurants. Location is safe so you can feel safe walking. The hotel held our luggage after we checked out so we could shop a bit more before our flight.
