"Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was great aside from the gentleman on the overnight shift who was a bit grouchy and didn’t want to give us any complimentary waters. Breakfast provided was great however the newer team member working was not very nice. It was not yet closing time and she didn’t want to replenish the pancake mix and even closed the facility 5 minutes early. I will say the Hispanic female team member who took care of the breakfast the other days during our stay was fantastic. Free onsite parking was a plus and proximity to Gillette Stadium was great as we were there for two days of concerts."

"Staff were friendly, room was clean, lots of parking but be mindful that when booking breakfast may say it’s included but when you get there they will tell you it’s not and try to charge you $14.99 per person for a small buffet of a few options. All staff I interacted with were helpful and pleasant, and accommodated a late check in, but at the price I paid per night I was very disappointed to not be able to have a fruit cup and a boiled egg at the least before heading out for the day."

"The staff were super helpful and accommodating considering how busy the hotel was due to the concert in the area. The breakfast staff were phenomenal and super friendly. The only downside for me would be the cleanliness of the air conditioner filter as it triggered my allergies. Overall would stay again if we were ever in town for a concert at Gillette."

"The staff at this hotel was excellent. Everyone we talked to from the front desk to the staff serving breakfast was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast we had every day of our stay was one of the best we’ve had - great smoothies, fabulous omelette station and buffet. Great on site restaurant as well. Also, it is a short distance from Gillette Stadium where we went for a concert. Loved our stay."
