Frank @ the front desk was amazing! All the other staff we encountered waiting the 3.5 hours before checking in early were kind, most were friendly and I observed everyone doing their jobs with positive attitudes (smile, talking to co workers, greeting & interacting with guests)

Got put in a room on the basement level that felt dingy to be begin with, AC not working so it was hot and muggy, and then woke up to a mouse running on the floor. We got out as fast as we could go say the least.

This hotel is is in the middle of nowhere. If you do not have a car, you will not be able to even leave the hotel. The actual rooms are fine. They overcharge for any food on the premises ($20 pancakes), and try to nickle-and-dime like crazy (water bottles in the room with very tiny "if not a Hilton member, $3" signs on them, limited wi-fi unless you pay extra, only a few channels on the TV unless you pay extra, etc.).

I have stayed at a lot of hotels. This is by far the worst. Nothing but a nightmare from check in to check out. Was told they would refund my stay. Never received anything. Management is impossible to get a hold of. They obviously don’t care about their customers
