"We came from NY for a family baby shower. The reviews were harsh for this place some wasn’t. We had a great experience, place was clean. No breakfast, free parking and around a lot of store which was awesome. TV channels were limited. Other than that staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool was nice. I will stay here again. One little thing I wasn’t a fan of. People bringing their dogs. The whole floor reeked of dog smell. It was terrible. Maybe choose one floor to put guest with animals my suggestion. Therefore other guests are not bothered. The charge $100 deposit which you have to wait to get back. Definitely will staff here again."

"The location is very convenient as the hotel is attached to the convention center on one side and the Providence Mall on the other side. Both are accessible through enclosed walkways. It is also within walking distance of most attractions, the train station, and fine restaurants. I also appreciated the in-room amenities, like complimentary bottled waters and robes. My only complaint is that the pillows were very hard and heavy, but I did find one extra pillow in the closet that was acceptable. Overall, my husband and I were pleased and would stay here again."

"I'm so glad I booked this hotel because it exceeded my expectations. The receptionists were very helpful in guiding us through our entire experience. Our room was on the 5th floor, but the elevators made everything easier. The room was super clean and had all the basic necessities to get us through the weekend. The complimentary breakfast was great, offering many options. The only downside is that the parking garage isn’t attached to the hotel, so you have to walk to the hotel with all your luggage, but it wasn’t as bad as people said. I will definitely book with this hotel again!"

"The personnel at both the checkin and checkout were very pleasant and helpful. The young man at the checkin was even able to answer questions about the restaurant menu in regard to glutin-free options. Also, the pool water was pleasantly warm. That is not always the case with hotel pools."
