"Location was convenient and staff was nice. The shower didn’t look like anything special but was pleasantly surprised at the water pressure and temperature. Only thing that was rough was the pillows. I had 4 stack behind each other"

"When we arrived the elevator was broken and I felt that some token accommodation should've been offered. The weekend desk managers seemed young and a little clueless, certainly for people in the "hospitality" industry to say nothing of a hotel of this caliber. The magnified mirror in the bathroom was broken and no great effort was made to fix it. Not a bad experience but not a great one."

"Food menu items and quality could have some improvement. One example was the potatoe chunks could have been a little bigger in size and have less seasoning. For one with cod it was a bit much. It would be nice to include a vegetable, but I guess that’s the trend in today’s restaurants today. They load you up in calories with n vitamins. Could also have a bit more deletion and health items."

"The personnel at both the checkin and checkout were very pleasant and helpful. The young man at the checkin was even able to answer questions about the restaurant menu in regard to glutin-free options. Also, the pool water was pleasantly warm. That is not always the case with hotel pools."
