「Noise from highway all night long
No power day we left. Couldn't take shower as bathroom was totally dark.
Several of the emergency lights in the hallway were not operating. Had to carry my luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 70 years old with heart problems.」

「The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.」
