「The property is walkable to multiple dining options as well as nightlife. The property owners are easily accessible for any needs. We will definitely stay again. Just a little fyi, while my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Vinoy House, all rooms are up a steep staircase that has about 8 stairs ( it is a beautiful historic house) no elevator available if needed for handicap accessibility. Everything you could possibly need is walking distance. 」

「The room was great. Had a little problem with the AC when we first got into the room, but within minutes of notifying the Front Desk hotel staff was there and got the AC to start working properly. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, nice and kind. overall, the stay at the exchange was wonderful and we will be going back.」

Without having any staff there for check in or out, they still have everything well posted with instructions and sent multiple text communications to be sure you were taken care of. The restaurant staff was very nice and the food is great. 」
