「My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and we absolutely loved this hotel. The entire place was so charming. Established in the 1930’s, it had an old fashioned feel with modernized fixtures, hardwood floors and comfy lounge areas on each floor. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed- enough outlets to charge our devices, small fridge, microwave and a small hairdryer in the bathroom. 「Staybridge suites is the only place we will stay. The staff is excellent and very helpful, the breakfast are truly amazing best in the industry. Location was great as we were there for a Tampa Bay rays game and we could walk to the stadium. Even had a view of Tropicana Field from our window. We had a great stay and will do it again real soon!」

「Clean room, and bar downstairs. Great food. But after about my 3rd or 4th night at this hotel, they did move me to the room right under the club. Loud music of course, and no sleep. It was clear they wanted me to go」

「The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this. 」

「Second night of my stay I had a knock on my door at 4am stating that I texted this person to come over. My daughter and I had NO knowledge of who this person was. I called the front desk several times and did not get and answer. I called IGH that night and several times while I was in Tampa and all that’s happening is I’m getting the run around. I was told I would get a call from the hotel manager and an email from holiday inn explaining what happened and I yet to receive anything from anyone....
