"Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two...

"Bed was comfortable. Plenty of coat hangers. Washer/ Dryer available, but nothing available to do laundry with. 3 new towels, other towels were old like came from owners home. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning as stated, after sending owner email informing of house being very hot, owner came by and installed window A/C.
