Housekeeping needs additional training. I requested coffee service and was brought what appeared to be previously used coffee. Although this may have been an honest mistake, it is unacceptable. When I requested a clean cup, the housekeeper washed the existing cup in our bathroom and returned it instead of providing a properly sanitized replacement. This raised concerns about hygiene and the quality of housekeeping service. Housekeeping lacks basic communication skills. Besides these incidents, everything else was great. Fantastic Hotel. Loved the location, room was clean, staff was helpful, and loved the amenities.
