「The hotel is less than a year old and looks modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of parking in the council car park behind the hotel which is free overnight but charges from 8:00 am. And the hotel is very convenient for the town centre and the ring road.」

Proud of where they work and their part in it. Not unctuous just terrific. They should let the managers run the country. 「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」
