Beautiful hotel, amazing location and grounds. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. All the staff were lovely and polite. The food was good although the evening menu a little limited. Really enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed and recharged. Will definitely be visiting again.

Fabulous surroundings. Staff helped our disabled child with breakfast and accommodated him with food items that weren’t on the dinner menu. Enjoyed the indoor pool but had to pay extra. Rooms clean and good powerful shower. Would recommend.

Unfortunately our room (in the old part of the hotel complex) didn’t have hot water, the Aircon didn’t work, the breakfast buffet was, for many components, cold. We were the first at breakfast, so maybe the hot plates hadn’t heated up the food yet. The staff when we arrived, and for dinner, were very helpful, less so in the morning. I have stayed at the same hotel previously, it is doubtful we’ll stay there again.

Nice grounds. Location was far from any town so we had to use Uber all the time. This increased our costs. Breakfast was pricey and not offered as part of the stay. Room had no microwave or refrigerator. Was ok for the money.

Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good.

So disappointed by our trip. We felt deceived the moment we arrived. The photos of the hotel are 100% inaccurate and for the beautiful manor hotel next door to the motel like accommodation that we were actually assigned to. The rooms we were allocated were no better than a cheap budget hotel. There were nail clippings on one of the carpets, the sheet was stained, there was no fan in one of the rooms or air conditioning. No safes in the rooms, no water, complimentary or otherwise. The spa leisure facilities were at an unacceptable additional charge as was the breakfast and if you wanted your room cleaned/ serviced this wasn’t standard and you had to ask for it. We have no idea why the huge discrepancy between the Expedia description and what we actually experienced. I’m usually really positive with my reviews but on this occasion can not find one positive aspect to our stay. We would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances in its present form. Sorry

The location is stunning . The room was ok apart from the bathroom smelled. Some of the improvements were ok . When you order a £35 pound ribeye a steak knife should be placed on the table Would have liked some ketchup, nobody to ask same for breakfast.disappointed that they don’t except cash . Drinks are overpriced & if your serving Guinness put it in a Guinness glass & fill it to the top not a 3” head. Would I stay again YES definitely. It’s nice staying somewhere where you’re not worrying if your vans safe.

It’s dated and needs some tlc - sadly things like layout don’t help, but things like light sensors only lighting after you reach different bits of the corridor just felt cheap and a poor experience. On arrival there were bugs on the window, had clearly not been used/cleaned for a while

The rooms are very clean however the beds are not as comfortable as you would expect for this type of establishment. The staff was very friendly however the restaurant was very understaffed and the food was mediocre for the price. Nice place to stay but would not use the restaurants.

Had historic room but was up two flights of stairs and no lift. Restaurant meant a walk outside. Weather was good but would be a problem if not. Breakfast was £13. Was ok. Pool was £12 per day which we did not know until we arrived. Plenty of parking and lovely grounds. Some parts greatly in need of refurbishment.
