「This was my second stay. Wyatt took great care of me and my family. Although we were there to visit a family member in ICU for a few days. He made sure we were close together and had everything we needed.」

「Well, my locked car was broken into inside the locked and 'secure' hotel parking garage. Laptop and other items stolen. Not cool. The parking garage is owned by another company, which has less than stellar customer service - it is impossible to get a call back from them. It appears the entrance to the parking garage also doubles as a public restroom for quite a few individuals. The hotel rooms were okay. The hot tub did not work. 「Overall services were good」

Loved the bar I could sit at and relax and close to concert! A great solo weekend away felt safe and comfortable!」

「Everything was fine except we could never get our room cooler than 72°.」

「Very nice and spacious room. Had a nice morning breakfast. The only downfall was pour water pressure in the shower on the fifth floor.」

「Awesome place! Friendly staff, good walking area for activities! No complaints」

「Very disgusted in the state of our room/ property. There were huge stains on the sofa in the common area. There were large holes 8-10” in the blinds from sun rot, stains on the ceiling and the room showed a lot of wear with nicks and gouges in the wood. We shared a bathroom but the towels were left in the bathroom and there were no washcloths and only 2 hand towels for 4 rooms. This was a BED and BREAKFAST but the host asked us to pay $40 extra for breakfast. He said it was only included in...

「All the hotel staffs and facilities are very nice! l will choose this hotel again.」
