"This is my to-go hotel everytime I’m in the cities and love the area so much."

"Everything was so nice. Roomy suite with separate bedroom made me feel right at home. Everything was clean. The staff is friendly. A big group of young kids were staying there yet things were quiet. The food was good—crazy what they call snacks—but could be healthier options. Also a nightlight in the bathroom would be helpful.wonderful hot and powerful spa."

"The hotel itself is stunning, with the exception of some issues with the room which according to reviews from two weeks prior is just stuff they either refuse to deal with or issues in several rooms, however most of my interactions with staff they came off as very unwelcoming and condescending, but the few that were genuine and nice made it worth the stay. "The room was completely disgusting, it was very unpleasant and unsanitary, electric outlets did not work safely and almost melted my charge block. The tub was unsafe and nasty. The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money. "
