「Noisy air conditioner. Noisy from 2nd floor. Noisy from hallway. Housekeeping said she needed to finish ours by 11AM, end up with only clean towels only. 」
「Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though! 」
「The renovation was beautiful! Having a kitchenette is always great for a family of six. From my kid’s perspective they would have liked a bigger swimming pool and I would have enjoyed an outdoor hot tub. All in all— the staff were great and helpful! We’d stay here again and invite our friends again too. 」
「Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.」
