Old, very old hotel with bad smell & broken carpet

Noisy air conditioner. Noisy from 2nd floor. Noisy from hallway. Housekeeping said she needed to finish ours by 11AM, end up with only clean towels only.

Our hotel room wasn't very clean. The towels and the sheets weren't clean. The bathroom sink was broke so the water didn't turn off. The pool was shut down. The breakfast was very limited but not allowed to be taken back to our rooms.

This hotel was awful. The carpets were sticky, no working outlets, building was dirty and dated and a group of homeless people were staying in broken down vehicles in the back with vicious dogs were I needed to park. This place should be bulldozed.

I did not even stay at the property. When checking in there was a homeless lady in the lobby picking cigarettes out of an ashtray. It’s in a very unsafe area. I just took a loss on my money. Do not book here!!!!

Well, to start, the toilet didn't work. The TV didn't work, had to get working remotes, and no channel guides available. Furniture in the room had veneer peeling off. Other than the person at the front desk, VERY little command of the English language from anyone. All were clueless as to how to fix anything. Went next door to attached restaurant, had to go into the kitchen to get service, again, no English, until the front desk guy came over to take our orders. Two ice machines, both broken, no elevator (two elderly people with bad knees had to navigate the stairs), pool was closed for repairs. Had to be moved to a second room, ended up even farther away from parking lot, same TV problems, big gash in carpet, very few wall plug ins, and the power strip had a short in it. No local maps in front office. "Continental breakfast" was stale cereal, warm milk, slices of bread on a tray, and small powdered donuts. No fruit, no juice, terrible coffee. With ALL the issues, no offer to make things right, or better. Only thing that kept me from giving one stars for everything is that the person behind the desk was at least polite, and the AC worked in both rooms. Definitely won't be back! Used to be able to trust the Quality Inn brand...

The pool hasn’t had water in it since 1995 Poolside rooms are a joke with no pool and yet still noisy. There is no breakfast although stated there is. A sign at the desk says you have 15 min upon check in to tell them if something is wrong with the room otherwise no refunds and no changing rooms either. It is downtown so a little sketch

There were stains on the bedding. The room smelled like weed and cigarettes, even in hallway. People were playing loud music at 4 in the morning. At least the bed was comfortable to sleep in.

This property was disgusting. The entire place smelled of mildew and smoke even though we were in a nonsmoking room. I had booked a room with 2 doubles and they tried to give me a king claiming that there weren’t very many room available. The bathroom was so gross that I did not shower in the morning. There was a plastic bag covering the fire detector. The area was very noisy and a constant banging that happened all night. If I had to stay again I would just sleep in my car.

Don’t let the reviews scare you away. My friends and I (group of girls 23-27) stayed for two nights for a festival in town. Besides the thin walls and the weird smells in the hallways, the room was clean, everything worked and you get exactly what you pay for. Front desk was friendly and answered all of our questions. Decent enough for what we needed.
