「This place is simply outstanding. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in quite sometime. Located right downtown near the capitol and the highway so getting in and out is simple. Parking is easy, the rooms are large and best of all, we were given free access to a buffet-style breakfast in the mornings and dinner and drinks in the evenings for the four days we stayed! This will be my place to stay when I come back to St. Paul.」
「I love the Celeste! Parking ramp next door is convenient. Easy to get in and out of this downtown location. Don't let the steps fool you - this is a pretty decently accessible hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is always very friendly. Good breakfast in the chapel! I would plan to eat elsewhere or order in, but the drinks (and mocktails) are good. Food is good, just not a lot of it and sometimes they close at 7, sometimes 8. Cool bar area though!!」
