I enjoyed my one night stay. I went to a concert at the Xcel Energy Ctr. The hotel was close enough that I could walk to the concert. Other hotels closer were ridicously expensive. I loved the cookies at checkin. I would suggest a hotel shuttle for concerts. I'm 83 and I walked the 6 blocks. However, homeless guys along the way were a bit scary for me. I followed others walking that way and made it ok. I liked that I was able to park my own car.

Hotel staff was nice, the main areas of the hotel seemed nice as well. The check in situation isn’t ideal with the small area for cars to park in. I’d recommend parking in the ramp next door before checking in. Room was okay ish, the bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. We found chips under the bed. We weren’t there for very long so it was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were very nice. BUT there are no included extras. There is a parking ramp and you pay for parking. There’s a breakfast buffet that is $20. Nowhere is it clearly posted except online. We did pay for the buffet, what was offered was not worth the money at all, we just paid for the convenience of not having to get ready to go out to a restaurant. It is not a buffet by any means the only hot food options were prepackaged sandwiches you can warm in the microwave or waffles that are offered at every rinky dink hotel. It was all really confusing. While we were eating the buffet there was a couple that dished up plates and then got told they would be charged $20 each. They were not happy and walked out. There were numerous other people who were confused/disappointed by the whole breakfast set up coming in while we ate. While listening to the staff try to explain how breakfast worked (there was a serious language barrier) we found out that you can also get the food a la carte. Sigh. Had that been explained to begin with I wouldn’t have paid $20 for the buffet just to get a prepackaged microwave sandwich and some fruit. I would’ve stuck with just the sandwich. So all in all a nice comfortable place to stay, just steer clear of the “breakfast buffet” trap.

$22 for that breakfast buffet? Choice hotels has better for free. Microwave and cold options only. One night woke up to a woman yelling help me get him away from me and lots of thudding above me. One night woke up to a large dog barking.

just seemed run down and outdated, called the front desk to share that the toilet was not flushing and was offered a breakfast voucher which was disappointing especially as a hilton associated business and for the price paid per night. would not recommend staying at this establishment and will be booking elsewhere next time.

The restaurant in hotel was convenient, clean, and the staff was amazing. Front desk staff was extremely inviting and helpful. I booked and stayed in a top floor suite at the hotel. There was extensive carpet damage in the hallway and there were water stains on the ceilings in the hallway and in my room. The bolt of the door handle did not actually line up or engage with the door jam. The shower had mildew stains in every corner. The A/C never actually cooled the room to the set temperature of 70 (extremely weak). The facilities themselves did not warrant what I paid based on what I expected from photos. The staff was the only redeeming quality.
