「The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again.」

Staffs I talked to from front desk, maintenance manager, general manger are all super friendly, kind, efficient and most importantly care about the guest experience. I initially had an inconvenience with the AC in the room I received a free upgrade to a big room also water and drinks from sundry area I picked out and about to pay but got waived the charge. 「Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options.
