「Maravilloso lugar, ubicación excelente. Nosotros estuvimos en una habitación en el último piso en invierno, silencioso, cálido y con una tremenda vista!!! Quizás la cama fue lo menos cómodo (muy dura para nosotros), pero todo el resto, increíble, cafetera, lavavajillas, lavadora, baño y habitación amplios, y comedor cocina óptimo!!! Muy recomendable. Además, es hermoso el lugar y los alrededores!」

「威尼斯一家真正值得推薦的好公寓。地點真的很方便，就在Rialto橋前方的市集入口處，從車站搭1號線的船在Rialto Mercato站下船，走路50公尺，真的不用1分鐘就到了，誰說住威尼斯島上就一定要辛苦的拉行李，住在這裡就不用煩腦行李的問題。房間空間大又新，設備齊全，設計時尚。真的可以當自己的家長久的住下來了。最值得讚美的是這裡的工作人員，非常的親切很有耐心，當我告知他們我找不到路的時候，還跑到街上來接我們。帶我們到房間後還親切的為我們示範一些設備該如何使用。下雨天還幫我們準備了雨傘。還因天氣不好，擔心影響到我們旅遊的心情，而送了我們一瓶香檳和餅乾（這是我自己的想法），但工作人員的貼心真的深深的感動了我們。感謝他們的細心服務，讓我們更加喜歡威 尼斯。有機會再來的話100%會再選擇這間公寓，也會把這裡推薦給我的所有朋友們。」

「The location of the hotel is very convince located near San Marco water bus station, and walking distance from train station (we did walk pleasantly from there to the train station). It is a small hotel with history, but the room is not small at all, and is very clean. Caterina is a very nice lady, she showed the place of the hotel in person and answered all the questions that we asked. We definitely will stay this hotel again.」
