I called the day before arrival and spoke to Julia, who helped arrange water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located on the grand canal. About a 10 min walk to La Fenice and Piazza San Marco. Got a nice room with a view. Breakfast was a hearty choice of buffet and cooked. Service at breakfast from Maria, Christina and Nicholas was great, polite and efficient. "

"The hotel is fantastic. Close to the station, so not much luggage carrying exercise. The rooms are very clean, the staff is super gentle and the breakfast is all you can desire for a city break in Venice. I will definitely go back."

"Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again. "
