Andrea was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate and inform us so we could have a great stay in Venice. Location was right near many shops and restaurants that we enjoyed. Also should not he spoke clear English which is always appreciated.

Perfect location!!

Great location in center of Venice. Owner is super nice and helpful and even did my laundry for free while I was there. Breakfast every morning was wonderful. Everything was perfect but first night when I got there super warm as it was summer and room was extremely warm with no refrigerator for any cold drinks. But room eventually cooled down and the rest of the stay was really amazing. Perfect location for seeing everything yet quiet at night away from noisy streets.

Andrea was very welcoming, and prompt with his responses through WhatsApp. The place has a very cool vibe with lots of artwork, and it is in a great location. It is a very clean and homey B&B. Breakfast has decent variety of food. We would recommend this place for an affordable way to experience Venice.

If you take a water taxi to San Angelo, the apartment is a 3 min walk from there. Thats super convenient! There are also number of well stocked grocery stores within a short walking distance. Good if you are on a tighter budget.

I recently stayed here with my family of five, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Rialto and not far from San Marco Square, making it easy to explore numerous shops and dining options nearby. The place felt more like an apartment complex, which suited us perfectly! Our room was clean and well-equipped. The kids loved their time here, and we would definitely choose to stay again. The check-in and check-out processes were hassle-free, and the proximity to the train station made it convenient; it took us about 20 minutes to get back to the station via Line 2.

Host andrea was fabulous. Is knowledgeable native of Venice. Very pleasant walk with lots of window shopping on the way to saint marks. Less than five minutes to Is water bus. 500 feet from a local cafe. And wonderful. Plaza with multiple restaurants. Highly recommended.. Third trip to venice.

Amazing Location, Great Host, Lovely Accomodation

My husband, 9 and 10-year-old daughters and I loved staying at the B&B Fortuny. It is a very short walk from the water bus stop which makes it an easy journey to and from the Marco Polo Airport. Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. If he's not going to be there when you arrive he again sends detailed instructions. We stayed in the mirror apartment which was fantastic. It was very spacious. It was fun to open the windows in the morning and listen to the people walking by. It has a great atmosphere. It was no problem to store our bags after check out so that we could enjoy our last day in Venice. I highly recommend it.

Loved the Apartment & Definitely Recommend it

I loved this apartment and would definitely stay again when I go back to Venice. It was ideally located by the Ferry, which is extremely convenient when traveling with lots of luggage/bags. It was also centrally located close to touristy destinations AND not so tourist destinations. This was great because sometimes we wanted to get away from large crowds. Though the exterior isn’t “beautiful”, don’t judge a book by its cover. The interior was very nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. My senior parents stayed in the master bedroom, my son slept in the second bedroom that had a twin sized bed and I slept in the queen sized sofa bed in the family room. The kitchen was also specious AND it had a washing machine that came in super handy for us because we had already been in other parts of Italy for a week. Though no dryer, I found it almost comforting and cute that I had to hang my clothes. lol. It makes you appreciate the many conveniences at home (US for us). Andrea, the host, was the best!!! Very helpful, communicative, response and just friendly and charismatic. I liked that he met us and brought us to the place personally. He showed us the apartment and answered all of our questions. All in all, I loved everything about this place and would definitely recommend it. And this comes from someone that likes to stay at nice upscale hotels.
