Nice hotel. Had the prestige room. The room was really big and the interior was beautiful. Staff was kind as well. Breakfast wasn’t that much, but it was okay to start the day. Location of the hotel is good, most places everyone wants to see is at walking distance.

The Hotel was amazing in decor , comfortable environment, and convenient location. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and made sure we had a wonderful stay. And the breakfast each morning was fantastic as well with large variety of options to try that suited everyone in our group.

A great property away from the busy crowd and nestled in a quiet area. Valentina gave us such a warm welcome and recommended a lovely restaurant to dine at. We had a lovely suite with a balcony and canal view, breakfast was nice and quaint. Overall a lovely boutique hotel suitable for a romantic weekend away. Thank you to the team for making it a memorable trip.

Temperature of the rooms was ridiculously warm, could barely get any sleep. The room was at 23 degrees and it wouldn’t go down from that. Had to ask for a fan to make it a bit more tolerable . The ac was my biggest drawback and the hotel was fully book, so they could not accommodate me.

This Hotel was one of my first choices but it was a little pricey, I then got a great deal and reserved it immediately. This was my first visit to Venice and everyone was telling me about how important it was to stay in a hotel in San Marcos, but this hotel could not have a better location. We arrived by train and caught the Vaporetto to San Tomá, then it is a short walk, less than 5 min. Then you can either ride the vaporetto to Rialto or ride A gondola for only 2€ across the Grand Canal, this Hotel is centrally located and it is very easy to go anywhere and very fast. The hotel was wonderful, the staff was mostly helpful, the room super nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with lots of options and being able to enjoy in the patio was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, quaint hotel.

Very quaint hotel--my room was a little noisy during the day since it abutted an outside walkway, but this would not matter if you were out sightseeing all day (I was on a business trip and needed to work inside some of the time, but since I had earplugs, the noise was not a problem). The included breakfast was nice (large selection and the wait staff were very nice) and the hotel provides umbrellas for the occasional rains. I would stay here again.
