「Apartments are fairly new so everything worked & was top quality. The area is very close to Little Italy for dining & close to bus & tram routes to access the rest of San Diego easily. It's a DIY check-in hotel but both the AI response & human responses were very prompt & helpful. Even the problem we had with payment for parking was sorted out without fuss. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.」

「Started with the valet service, which was awesome because I did not want to drive around and try to find parking. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is super cool and trendy and the staff was awesome. They were complementary cocktails that I left in the picture which were better than average and the location was perfect walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to stay here again.」

「Staff are very friendly and helpful but one minor complaint about the wifi connection though. Wifi couldn't be connected to laptop and cell phone at the same time in my room which was a bit inconvenient. After all, it was a pleasant stay.」

「I was here for a exhibition in San Diego Convention Center. Good: The location of this hotel is excellent, lots of cafes and restaurants in the neiborhood, supermarket is also not far. 「When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75.
