We checked in, headed up to the room, balcony door was wide open, pillows on the chair beside the bed without pillow cases, bathroom full of soap residue and hair from previous guests. We called downstairs to have them address the state of our room, they sent a friendly worker up with pillow cases, she kindly put them on and left.
