Super cute place and a real at home experience that is elevated. Nesttled just inside the residential area across from the Del, the location allows you to feel like a local due to the proximity to downtown and all the shops being within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing and so is the bed.

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lodge is beautiful and well appointed. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and the late afternoon snacks were such a delight. I would recommend staying here, close to everything you need and very personalized service. Place is beautiful! It was quiet when I was there too. My room had a fireplace which was a beautiful detail. Breakfast was nice and tasty and the coffee availability is great. Can’t wait to be back!

What a charming historical place to stay! Built 1906 hence the name. Themed rooms, a lovely garden with fountain, old school charm and hospitality. Complimentary Happy hour 4-5 and breakfast from 8-9:30 everyday. Highly recommend.

Breakfast menu was fresh, just the right amount, served in a delightful setting. Coffee was very good & ready at 6:45 am. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable- great bed, sheets and pillows. Also- it was very quiet at night. I slept the whole night through all 4 nights we were there. That never happens! Such a lovely place.

The 1906 Lodge was the cleanest, nicest, and most amazing stay I’ve had anywhere. The staff is amazing and make you feel they are there just for you! I will stay here everytime I visit San Diego. I wouldn’t change anything about the hotel. I recommend the 1906 Lodge to everyone.

Everything was amazing! The location was a very short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The complimentary breakfast was super yummy especially the mimosas. It was a very clean, quiet, relaxing weekend celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! I would totally recommend this place to all my friends and family and we look forward to staying here again.
