I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location close to the port. It was clean and quiet. But best of all was the staff who patiently answered all my question about restaurants, taxis, etc. It was a pleasure working with them! I will stay there again!

Excellent staff, kind and professional and helpful especially when I had a challenging situation with unfortunate illness during our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean. For a 2 star property, this punched above its weight. The location is really optimal for harbor activities ~ just a few blocks to walk to USS Midway, Maritime Museum, and public transit. This property is largely well maintained, with just a few opportunities for updates (for one, damage to a baseboard surrounding the check-in desk could be repaired for a stronger first impression). The complimentary hot beverage maker in the lobby was a great touch! The pool was a lovely space, but temp was a bit cold for outdoors in January. The hot tub felt awesome! Grateful for our stay here!
