However, operational improvements are needed, particularly ensuring that both elevators are functioning and that housekeeping adheres to the established schedule. Unfortunately, my stay was impacted by my room being skipped for cleaning and an unexpected lockout, with no clear explanation as to how the safety latch on the door had been opened. Despite these issues, the room itself is beautiful, and the sunset views offer a truly remarkable...

「The property needs a change in maintaining it cleaner. Considering is a family hotel, it lacks cleanliness and maintenence. The staff barely left clean towels and threw away garbage. Floors were dirty upon arrival and never cleaned throughout our 3 night stay. They had activities but didn't run it properly. On s'more night they only had a limited amount, and we're out of the chocolate long before.」

「The resort was nice . Our room had a great view. The staff was not helpful with any questions. They would just say , you need to use our app. Put a do not disturb sign on our door , they still came in our room. Did not replace shower soap container that was empty in the shower . Just replaced towels. Still would recommend this resort .」
