"Hotel is very run down and was not clean when we attended. There were issues with mold in the bathroom. The staff member Michelle was wonderful and tried to find a room with a shower that did not have a bunch of visible mold (allergy) but all rooms shown had the same issue. Time for the hotel to get a renovation. The complementary breakfast had very few options to choose from and they were missing items such as fresh fruit (apples / bananas) that most breakfasts offer. For our troubles the hotel did agree to cancel the remaining portion of our reservation but it was a hassle to find another hotel and move our luggage. One nice thing I can say is the hotel is in a pretty central location if you wanted to go watch an NBA game, WW2 Museum, Garden District and French Quarter if you dont mind waking 20ish minutes. Hotel not recommended unless budget is yoir only consideration."

"You could tell our room was dated and had a musty smell. The elevators were really slow but the property looked pretty clean. The staff was very nice so I gave them five stars. The hotel just needs to be updated but it’s nice for the price."

"Easy access to anything in the French quarter, and walkable to many other neighborhoods. Despite being right there on the edge of the French quarter, it didn't feel hectic. My room was pleasant and comfortable and the staff was an absolutely delight."
