"Of all the places we stayed during our trip to Vancouver, this Grand Park hotel was by far the worst. The front desk staff greeted guests with a completely lifeless demeanor. Furthermore, the window in our room was broken and wouldn't close; as a result, the entire room felt as though it were situated right on an airport runway, suffering from severe noise pollution. Since we have to head to the airport early tomorrow morning, the noise made it absolutely impossible for us to get any rest; we were forced to get up in the middle of the night to request a room change. We would never stay at a hotel like this again."
