"Nice place, but of course it is not meant to be a 5-Star. but better than other Motel 6 hotels we've been at. We stayed 4 nights. Room was clean. we had 2 rooms on back of building...walkway not cleaned up, but not bad. the staff was helpful in getting us 2 rooms next to eachother...thank you! The trash bin sat outside our door. The microwave in one room didn't work on arrival, and the toilet was plugged in the other room. The Staff quickly corrected these problems...very nice helpful staff. the security catch latch was broken. The laundry worked well... coin operated. A good restuarant next door! This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a clean midlevel motel, with outside entrance to each room. One thing that I still don't understand... we put sign on door to restock room and change bedding for next night. We arrived back at dinner evening time and nothing was replenished in one room...the other room was restocked and cleaned very nicely. I informed the man in person at the front desk about it and that we are going out to eat next door, and he said they would clean the room. We returned again, and again nothing was touched. Very disappointing. I called front desk and told the lady again. No explanation why, She said she will check in to it. We finally gave up and told front desk to skip it because it was bedtime and the room had another bed in it, so we just used the other bed, and made the supplies reach. I trust this was not the norm...I'd say give it a try"

"My junior suite on the second floor, at the back of the inn, was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The room was a bit dark due to the ambient lighting, but it wasn’t too bad. The king bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower/tub water pressure was good, and room amenities ample. The staff at reception were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the lobby, and vending machines for drinks and snacks on-site was convenient. A little open air sitting area with picnic tables and Muskoka chairs on the second floor was a nice touch. Ample outdoor parking. I had a very comfortable 5 day stay."

"The property as a whole was so amazing we opted not to explore the city, instead we enjoyed all the things the hotel had to offer. Like the pool, spa services, onsite restaurants, ocean access, morning yoga class outside and a wonderful staff. The spa offers a nice mix of services from facials to body treatments and massages. The pool is 16 and up only so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The stay was very relaxing."

"Perfectly located in the heart of Victoria with easy walking distance to Chinatown, the harbour front, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Staff are super helpful and provide great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Parking is a little confusing but once in the right place, it is easy and convenient (must be my senior brain)."
