"The hotel served our purpose for the visit to Victoria well. It was close to where we needed to be for a special event. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful -- especially Emma-- who went above and beyond to help ... particularly to assist my wife who has mobility issues. The adjacent Belleville Restaurant was particularly convenient for our dining needs."
