"I'm not sure if the room we got was more for Expedia users, but it was a basic room without much frills. The AC unit was a portable unit, so not the most efficient. That meant that it ran all day and night since it was quite warm with the windows being open, but not enough for airflow. Room was fairly clean. My wife did notice a cobweb handing near the ceiling above the bed, but no biggie. The hot tub was super nice, though. Nice to be right downtown. As for the lounge, it was inconvenient that it is closed on Mondays, so we had to take that part of our activities elsewhere. Would've been nice if that was mention on their website."

"Stored our bike batteries in their main office and we had our bikes in our room. There were lots of eateries nearby for dinner and a great retro breakfast spot across the street. The location was excellent as were were 10 minutes from the Lochside Bike Trail and just off the Galloping Goose bike trail."

The staff was so sweet -- they gave us our rooms all in a row so we could be together, they gave us milk for our grandchild, they gave us great advice about where to go.
