"This was a beautiful hotel, very clean and staff were courteous. There was some kind of hockey tournament over the Thanksgiving weekend with a lot of kids that made it very loud. They overtook the pool area and were not properly supervised. This was at no fault of the hotel but it did make the weekend quite hectic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again on my next visit to BC. "

Unlike many businesses in Canada, they have not sought to cut costs by employing cheap labor. Instead, they have maintained a positive hotel culture by employing excellent and well-trained staff throughout the establishment, which greatly contributes to customer satisfaction and encourages repeat visits.
