Very clean modern rooms, good location for being in downtown, very friendly and professional staff at check in and check out. Would stay here again, pretty boutique hotel, hardly saw other guests, very quiet, good if you don’t like noise and crowded hotel.

Beautiful hotel to stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer. I had a gorgeous room and view. The staff were all eager to help with anything to make the stay more enjoyable. Will be back.

This was my first stay at The Douglas hotel. It is very conveniently located on the edge of Yaletown and walkable to most of downtown Vancouver. The staff are over the top helpful and made a real effort to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. I will be back!
